Lead scanning guide

Start

We recommend logging in to the lead scanner via a smartphone or tablet when you want to scan leads.

1. Log in at the website by going to “Exhibitor log in”. test

2. Go to the exhibitor portal and click on the tab “Leads”.

3. Click on the link - you will now be directed to the lead scanner.

Log in at the scanner

Log in with your personal email and the password from your exhibitor portal.

Note: There are 3 licenses included in the participation package. If you need more licenses, please send an email to: exhibitor@v2security.dk

Send the lead scanner to your staff

For your staff to use your lead scanner, you need to share the scanner link and the password from your exhibitor portal with them.

1. Find the lead scanner link and password in your exhibitor portal and send them to your staff.

2. Your staff should then click the link, log in with their personal email address, and enter the shared password from the exhibitor portal.

Note: The lead scanner can be used by up to 3 people. If you need additional licenses, please contact: exhibitor@v2security.dk.

Scan lead

1. Now you can scan QR codes and include notes for your leads.

2. Once you have scanned your lead, the lead will appear when you click on the button “Leads” under “Menu”.

Export leads

When you have finished scanning your leads, you can export them to Excel.

For this, we recommend logging in using a computer.

1. When you export the Excel file, it will contain all leads that both you and your colleagues have scanned.

2. You can also access the list through your exhibitor portal on our website.

3. All leads will be deleted three months after the V2 Security Aarhus event.

Note!

The lead scanner is web based. It can only scan QR codes when the device has an internet connection.

1. In case the internet connection is lost, you can save leads by taking a picture of the QR code with your regular camera.

2. Once you regain connection, you can upload all the pictures using the button in the menu, and your leads will now appear in the list.

Please note that with this function, there is no option to add a note to the lead.

3. Please be aware that the picture of the badge must be clear and in high quality. Take the picture at max 50 cm from the badge and make sure the entire badge is visible and clear. Otherwise it can’t be uploaded.
