We have created a small guide with rules of thumb and important information that we hope will help you when you are using our web shop, Øksnehallen or have other questions as an exhibitor.
Registration in the web shop:
- You have received a registration link via email from us.
- You must open this link.
- You must go through a few steps in the link before you have full access to the web shop.
Important information about your account:
- The email address you have provided to the organizer is the one you always have to use when you log in.
- Multiple email addresses cannot be linked to your account.
- You can always change your code.
- If there are more people who need access to the web shop, you must share your code and email address with them.
- If you wish to change the associated email address, please contact the organizer.
- The email address cannot be changed if a purchase has been made in the web shop.
Orders on the web shop:
- Remember to order all your products before the deadline. The web shop closes after the deadline, and you will no longer be able to order products.
- All purchases on the web shop are paid at the check-out.
- After purchase, an order confirmation will be received via email.
- When we have received payment, you will receive an invoice.
- On the day of set-up, it is possible to purchase materials and furniture, etc. at the production office in Øksnehallen. Please be aware that we have a limited range of items and specific items might be sold out.
- Items ordered in the web shop will be delivered to your stand at the agreed opening hours on the day of set-up.
- We generally only provide support for items purchased on the web shop or items ordered via the trade fair organizer to exhibitors
Help with graphic work:
- Under the User Guides tab, you can read about print files and graphic specifications for printing banners, etc.
- We recommend that you use a graphic designer to help you with your graphic work. Øksnehallen does not take responsibility for errors in graphic elements or incorrect formats.
- The price of purchased banners includes set-up and hanging.

W 105 cm x H 100 cm – 5 mm bleed on all sides
