4. Online campaign and catalogue
Our online portal Swoogo is the tool to set up your online campaign for Digital Tech Summit.
Swoogo enables you to efficiently generate online exposure and leads through content marketing - before, during and after the event.
Everyone who registers as a visitor for the event gets access to an exhibition page where they can prepare their visit. They can read company profiles and download content (whitepapers, reference cases, business cases, etc.). You can make this information and content available for visitors through Swoogo.
As an exhibitor, you will have access to all available contact details of people who downloaded your content, to turn these potential customers into valuable prospects: the perfect form of online lead generation and an extension of your offline participation.
4.1 Create your online campaign
Your online campaign includes three components:
- Exposure
- Lead generation
- Active matching with pre-registered visitors
You can organize and set up your own online campaign through Swoogo. You can do so by registering via the link you have received in your welcome email. Here you can fill in or edit the requested information. The requested information includes: address, profile text(s), links and content (whitepapers, reference cases, videos, etc.).
4.2 Contact
For questions and/or comments, please contact our team via exhibitor@digitaltechsummit.dk
5. Exhibitor portal & leadscanner
Swoogo is the name of the event platform from which you can download a marketing kit, the order form, and the builders guide. Additionally, you can find contact information and much more.
We have an exhibitor email that will handle all communication and information regarding your online participation – exhibitor@digitaltechsummit.dk.
From this email, you will receive all general information, including information about banner sizes - if you have purchased the extended online participation package. This will also be the point of contact if you have any questions regarding your participation. It is also from this email that you will receive information about lead scanning when the event approaches.
From your exhibitor portal you can register exhibitor personnel for your stand. We have a maximum of 6 exhibitor personnel per stand for stands of 18m2 or less.
Please note that the more personnel on the stands, the fewer visitors are allowed in the venue due to Øksnehallen’s max capacity.
5.1 Your Visitors
Through your exhibitor portal, you can find your different lead lists with the actual number of visitors that have thus far registered using the invitations your company has distributed among clients and/or prospects. Note that this is if you have used the personal registration link. Read more at 5.2.
The organization keeps exact track of which invitation numbers you have received. When a visitor registers with one of your invitations, the visitor is added to your list.
With this data you can make appointments and plan ahead. If you have made an appointment with a visitor, the chance that this visitor will actually visit your stand increases dramatically!
5.2 Link Registration
With your personal link to the registration page of the exhibition website, you have an excellent opportunity to invite prospects and clients to the exhibition and your stand. The link has a special tag in it, which tracks all visitors registered via you. The data of those visitors are directly available to you at your exhibitor portal at the exhibition website.
The only thing you have to do is add the link you have received in your email to your website and other marketing channels. Please make sure the page opens in a separate window.
5.3 Exhibitors Badges/Work passes
The exhibitor badges are valid during the buildup/breakdown period as well as during the show. Exhibitor badges are free of charge. They will become available at your profile page as the event approaches.
5.4 Lead Scanning
During the exhibition, you can make use of our lead scanner to efficiently collect lead data from the visitors of your stand.
With the Lead scanner, you can scan visitor badges with your own smartphone or tablet. For this purpose, all visitor badges have a QR code.
If your device cannot connect to the internet temporarily, you will not be able to scan visitor badges. However, you can take a picture of the badge and upload the picture to the lead scanner once you connection is restored.
You can browse your leads and export excel files from the lead scanner and from the exhibitor portal.
5.5 Leads
If you host a speaker session, all session leads will be available in the exhibitor portal with full contact details and permissions.
You can also scan leads at your booth using the lead scanner. All scanned leads, including full contact details and permissions, will be accessible in the exhibitor portal and can be contacted regarding relevant topics.
Leads from guided tours are not provided. Exhibitors can receive a list of the companies that participated, but no specific lead list is distributed.
Teknologiens Mediehus does not share contact details for all registered attendees. However, a visitor profile can be downloaded in the exhibitor portal under "MATERIAL FOR DOWNLOAD" at the bottom of the page.
